Through consultation with our clients the Covert Audits are based around the understanding of primary and secondary objectives. A Covert visit is made to a ‘venue/event/location’ and an audit template with a Covert DVD of the experience is then presented to the client for discussion.
We have found that some of our clients require quarterly reviews. We recommend monthly reviews for at least the first six months of any covert investigation. These are then followed by quarterly reviews to ensure values are maintained at the higher levels achieved through our involvement.

For consistency and objectivity a Covert Audit is fact-based. There are no grey areas. The Covert Audit team support each audit with a more subjective report detailing ‘how and why and where’ in the business improvements will benefit. Over an agreed period of time the Covert Audit reporting will show an improvement in operational service and standards.
